Nigerian crossdresser Jay Bugatti claims he has done "pussy surgery" and he shared a photo of his nether region to back his claim.

 


Jay made it clear years ago that once he can afford to, he'll undergo gender reassignment surgery

 

He claims he finally had surgery to remove his penis and replace with a vagina but he says he kept it a secret and decided to come out now as his "Xmas gift" to his followers.
