STRIPTEASE girls have vowed to put more kit ON to get the industry up and running.

The lap-dancers haven’t performed routines for nearly six months but will wear protective visors and masks to start work.

Ministers have revealed that sexual entertainment venues and hostess bars remain closed in law despite easing of lockdown measures.
Dancers and bar staff in lapdancing clubs have been furloughed or taken self-employed government grants since the pandemic struck.
Revellers will also have to text a six-digit number which will securely record who has been to the venue under plans being discussed
A survey has revealed 60 per cent of the night-time economy - worth £66 billion to the UK - could go bust without further government help - putting 754,000 jobs at risk.
The scheme was devised by Fortyeight.AI and is currently being used in Belgium to help COVID-19 surveillance.

“There is a pent-up demand for our industry to re-open which will mean less reliance on the state and after many months our business can contribute to the nation’s coffers once again.”
The night-time economy is the UK’s fifth biggest industry with annual revenues of £66 billion – but clubs haven’t opened their doors since March.
